Become a Supporter

It's tough out there! I make songs, write books, and record albums--all things that you don't seem to get paid for anymore. I'll keep on doing it regardless, but I'll take all the help I can get. Over the years I have tried lots of different crowd-funding platforms but they all have the same two problems. 

1: They take a large cut of the money that folks are trying to give to me.

2: They are built around posting things on their site.

My goal is to put everything I make out there into the universe right away so that everyone can see them. I know this makes it less attractive to become a supporter (since you won't get previews and special releases) but I've found that every time I set up a crowdfunding site, it becomes another thing I have to remember to post to and I end up having less time than ever to create. 

So now I'm using a PayPal donation button and that's it (there are still some fees for this but they are WAY lower than using a crowdfunding site). I will be thanking supporters whenever I can, and monthly supporters will be listed on the bottom of the front page of this website. You can donate once, or do it for a couple of months, or not do it at all. I just want to make sure that if there's someone out there who wants to help me, they can.

And, of course, you'll also be helping in the care, feeding, and vet bills, of my lovely cats, Andy, Marcel, and Meowy. So become a supporter today.
