Haha, this stuff is great (for rejects, that is)! I had found a mp3 of Chris is a Wallaby Wannabe floating around the internet a few years ago and I had always wondered what that was about.
Love Chris is a Wallaby Wannabe song. Heard it performed by one of our local bands….. Been looking for it on the net for a while. Think it should have been a hit!

Finland for the silver in Vancouver 2010!
Great song for Finnish hockey mr. Strong. Catchy and painfully true. It’s making rounds here and over 18 000 views on youtube so far. After our silver medal it will grow even more popular, unless we decide to be even more polite this time and settle for a 4th or 5th place, since we have enough silverware already.
I have to admit that song cracked me up big time. You managed to capture the Finnish hockey mindset perfectly with this tune. For that I salute you, Mr. Strong!
Most Finns have very little sense of levity when it comes to criticism or humor directed at their nation, but I am not above laughing at my country and the way it takes itself way too seriously sometimes.

Hi Trevor! I just love your song about the Finnish hockey team. The lyrics were perfect and i have made it my official hockey song for the olympics. To be honest, it doesn’t matter if we loose against Canada the only thing which matter is that we beat the swedes.

It will surely deserve a place in my playlist when I watch Finland Lions play in Germany (Germany just won the first play against USA in the first game of WC)
